Full payment bookings are eligible for refunds as per cancellation policy. Partial payments are non-refundable. Refund timeline is 7-9 days post cancellation request.

Security deposit INR 10,000. Refund processed within 4-7 working days after property inspection.

Smoking is prohibited inside the villa; designated outdoor smoking areas only.
