Refund policy

Full payment bookings are eligible for refunds per cancellation policy. Partial payments are non-refundable. Refund processing timeline: 7-9 days post cancellation request.

Security policy

Security deposit INR 15,000. Refund processed within 4-7 working days after property inspection.

Smoking allowed

Smoking strictly prohibited inside villa; designated outdoor smoking areas only.

Standard occupancy 10; maximum occupancy 12. Additional guests require prior approval.
